I'm Laura Perilla Rodriguez, an independent digital product and program consultant based in Germany.
Since 2013, I've worked inside organizations of all sizes, from early stage teams (8 to 15 people) through to enterprises. I do the job that sits between what leadership wants to achieve and what teams can realistically build. I translate in both directions and make sure neither side gets surprised.
More practically: I've led OKR implementations that stuck, organized 50+ teams under Holacracy, scaled product launches across European markets, and built product strategy from zero in early stage startups.
I work fluently in German, English, and Spanish, which matters when your program crosses borders and your stakeholders don't share a first language.
